First of all, I hope you're doing well.
Have you ever lost anyone in your life? Maybe your family member, friend, and even a pet?
You know that feeling when people tell you over and over again that time will heal you, so give yourself time and space, and that grieving is a process. Oh yeah, I know that feeling because I was once in the deep state of grief.
For all of my life, I've been told that grieving is a process. If it is, what do we gain from it? I asked myself over and over again.
On this particular occasion, I dig deeper into the essence of grievance, and how a psychologist recognises it, also as a process. Still, understanding life actually healed me and took me out of the grief.
